1. Uneven Cuts: If you experience an issue with uneven cuts within 7 days of receiving your service, please contact our salon immediately. We will asses the situation and, if confirmed, we will even out the cut.
2. For all other complaints or issues not related to uneven cuts, we will review each case individually. Please contact our salon and provide detailed information about the problem you encountered.
