Salon Policies

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and care. Because of this we have a few salon policies in place to ensure the best salon experience for our clients and responsibility and care for our stylists.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation of an appointment.  Please make sure to call during business hours the day prior to your appointment in order to avoid any additional fees. Appointments made within the 24 hour period will need to be canceled within 4 hours of the appointment time to avoid fees.

The Cancellation Policy is in place to allow us time to inform stand-by guests of any availability, as well as keep our teams schedules filled. This allows us to better serve all of our clients and our team.

Missed/No Show Policy

Any missed appointments (without notice) will require a credit card to be held on file in order to be rescheduled.  The credit card will not be charged unless you fail to give 24 hours notice or fail to show up at the time of the appointment. You will be notified at the time of the appointment of any charges you will be receiving. 

After 2 “No Show” appointments, a booking fee will be added to you subsequent services.

Service Adjustment Policy

In the case that we have not met your expectations, we would like to invite you back within 48 hours of your service for a complimentary adjustment.
